Before doing at wedding at a new location, I like to scout it out first. Figure out the lay of the land, find out where I can and cannot go, and which places would be the best for formal portraits. This week I scouted out the Joseph Ambler Inn in Ambler, PA. One of my friends from work is having her daughter's wedding there and has hired me and my dad to do the photography. The property is gorgeous and consists of a series of historic houses. The grounds are rustic and they have some geat old triple trunked trees. The bride will be getting dressed in the Thomas Wilson House, which I believe, was moved from another location. In my opinion, it's haunted, so stay tuned for potential ghost pictures as well. (Just kidding, Gail!)

Here's a picture of one of the spots they hold ceremonies.
