Winner!

Posted on August 20, 2011 11:37 by Bellemorephoto

I donated a gift certificate for a benefit to help a family in need of life saving surgery. This was the result. Two cute little guys that loved to have fun. These pictures were taken in Montgomery County, PA. Check out the silly one at the bottom. Those are always the most memorable shots.

Family Beach photos

Posted on August 13, 2011 16:51 by Bellemorephoto

One of my favorite families! I've known these guys since college and I'm so glad I had the priviledge of photographing their family at Corson's Inlet State Park in Ocean City, NJ. This Atlantic County beach is unique because it has access on the bay side and the ocean side. We had fun exploring both sides of the park with a brief hike through the dunes from one side to the other.

Wildwood Engagement Shoot

Posted on July 11, 2011 16:45 by Bellemorephoto

What great locations there are in Wildwood to take engagement photos. From the Lighthouse in North Wildwood, to the beach, the boardwalk and then finally the Wildwoods sign. This couple vacations there frequently and thought it would be the perfect place to have their engagement photos taken. "Watch the Tram Car, Please!"

Goose Creek Park in West Chester, PA is one of my favorite parks to take pictures in. I've done wedding photos there, family portraits there and several engagement shoots. They have a great bridge over a babbling stream, wooden walkways and most importantly, a playground! It is truly a beautiful representation of all that Chester County has to offer.

Beach Wedding in Sandy Hook, NJ

Posted on June 25, 2011 13:50 by Bellemorephoto

This is a great spot to have a wedding. The Seagull's Nest is an outdoor open air venue overlooking the beach in Sandy Hook National Seashore in Sandy Hook, NJ. Located at the tip of Monmouth county, you can have your ceremony on the beach or on the open air deck with your reception folllowing it on the open air deck. It offers great views of the sunset and of Twin Lights Lighthouse as the sun sets.

Hamilton, NJ wedding

Posted on June 11, 2011 13:29 by Bellemorephoto

Same rainy day in June, different location. This wedding was shot by my father, Jon. It took place in Hamilton, NJ in Mercer County, NJ. The rain didn't hit Mercer County though so they had good weather for their outdoor ceremony.

June Wedding In Deptford, NJ

Posted on June 11, 2011 13:20 by Bellemorephoto

Here are some pictures from a June wedding in Gloucester County at Nicolosi's Catering in Deptford, NJ. It was a horribly rainy day at the beginning. It looked bleak for getting oudoor pictures, but after the ceremony, we looked outside and it was sunny and warm.

As a photographer, I love doing weddings in Chester County, PA. The scenery there is gorgeous. You can get some great formal wedding poses. Sometimes though, the best photos you get from a shoot are the ones that occur right before or right after a posed shot. You can catch people laughing or making faces. These are from a wedding I did recently in West Chester, PA. We went to take the formal portraits at Goose Creek Park. I gave direction for how to stand but before they were ready and after the pose, I kept shooting and got some really great, natural pictures with genuine smiles and a bit of fun too. Also, if the group has their own ideas, you can tell them to do something silly and they tend to have a silly pose that they do when taking their own photos. In this case, there was a particular face all the girls made. These types of photos are the ones that show the true feeling of the day and the spirit of the people you are photographing.

This is why I love doing what I do. Backyard portraits! It's quick and easy and your older children won't fight you too much on it. I took pictures of this family in their backyard in Burlington, NJ and it took us less than an hour to get some amazing pictures.

What a great way to spend Valentine's Day! So this wedding was particularly fun to shoot. Partly because the couple and their families were a lot of fun, partially because the Glen Foerd Mansion is absolutely gorgeous, and partially because it's supposed to be haunted. Conroy Catering does the catering at the Glen Foerd Mansion and they had a formal sit down dinner set up in the main room of the Glen Foerd Mansion. The ceremony was held in the drawing room and the after dinner dancing was in this gorgeous solarium off the back of the Glen Foerd Mansion. This took place right after the two big blizzards we had so the property was covered in a thick blanket of untouched snow, leading right up to the Delaware River. It was just so beautiful all around.

Glen Foerd Mansion offered so many wonderful PA Wedding Photography moments to count, but here are some of my favorite Philadelphia Wedding Photographs to share with you. I didn't see any signs of the Glen Foerd Mansion being haunted but see if you can find any uninvited guests lingering in the background of the Philadelphia Wedding photos....
